So you've sold a banner, what next?
Once someone agrees to buy a banner, what next?
1. Pay the school directly. No money should go to the coaches. Money should go directly to the front office.

2. Complete the Order Form (page 3 of banner flyer or use QR code)
To Order: Scan QR Code and fill out Google-form OR return the completed order form to Heather Walker (hwalker@athleticrepublicteam.com) and Sophie Chang (schang@graniteschools.org).
3. Upload their artwork
Send your high resolution PDF artwork to Heather Walker (hwalker@athleticrepublicteam.com). Banner will be horizontal 5ft x 3ft. Please allow 5 business days to process and print your banner. Renewal banners will be hung after we confirm payment with the front office.
4. Follow up with the office to make sure the banner sale is applied to your players fees.
5. Write a thank you note to thank your sponsor!
Make sure you complete all of these steps to get your banner hanging on the stadium fence!
