Family Fan Club Banner idea from Jason Castleton
While the primary target for stadium banners is businesses, you may want to consider a player family fan club banner. You could reach out to aunts, uncles, grandparents, neighbors, etc. ask for a smaller amount to achieve the whole $500, so maybe $25-50 per family member. If you keep your player banner without a photo and number it could be used each year with a renewal for underclassmen. Here's a text message you could use.
Hey Family- (Player Name)'s football team is doing stadium banners for businesses, so he might be reaching out if he hasn't already and they are $500 for a 3x5 banner. I was thinking we could do a (Player's Name) Fan Club Banner as a family. Anyone who would like to contribute to help achieve the $500 could Venmo me and we will list all of the family names on the banner. Anyone interested? If we can pull this off we can renew it each year for $400.
