Car Wash Team Fundraiser Saturday August 6, Over The Coles BBQ Aug 5-6, team poster
The Skyline Football Team is holding a Team Fundraiser on Saturday August 6 at the Holladay Car Wash at 4002 S 27th East from 8am to noon. Car Washes can be prepaid at Skyline Football Car Wash. Please buy ahead and come get a great car wash and support Skyline Football. Many thanks to Holladay Car Wash for partnering with us for this fundraiser. Money for the car wash will go directly to the school into the Football program account. Your athlete will be there working hard, so let's give them some cars to wash!
We have another great fundraising partner to introduce. Over The Coles BBQ, is located in the Granato's Food Hall located at 4044 S 27th East, right by the Holladay Car Wash. Over The Coles BBQ will provide a Food Truck at our Blue and Gold Game on Friday August 5, and a Dine-In Fundraiser all day on Saturday August 6. Just show the promotional flyer attached to this email. This is a Booster Club fundraiser.
A clean car and delicious BBQ--That's my idea of a great Saturday! Just remember, you were going to wash the car and go out for lunch or dinner anyway, this is another Win-Win!
Don't forget, we also have the Football Team poster that will be produced next week. For $75, you can support the Booster Club and get your name on our poster to show your support. Give a shout out to your player--they love having attention drawn to them 😉 on the 12x18 inch color Team Poster with the team photo and Varsity Football game schedule. Each player will receive one poster for themselves and one to hang in the community at a local business. Our goal is to have the posters available by Monday August 15. We will also give a poster to any team sponsors (banner sales info was sent yesterday). Many thanks to Kolbe Hobbs and his parents Kevin and Jacki for printing our posters.

Football Fees ($665 for 2022) are paid directly to the school and cover the costs to run the program including player packs (tshirts, shorts, team tracksuit that was distributed today), busses, fields, officials, gear, pads, helmets, uniforms, coaches, etc.
The Skyline Football Booster Club consists of family, friends, and neighbors that provide services for and raise money to support the Skyline High School Football Team. We rely on fundraising and donations to support the work that we do for the team. Fundraising and donations help pay for things such as
- Senior Night, Senior Banners, Senior dinner
- End of the Season Awards Night,
- Coaches Gifts,
- Game Supplies,
- Halftime drinks and post game snacks for all teams (new this year!),
- Special Coach Requests,
- some team meals.
In 2022, the Booster Club has already paid for:
- 4 new iPads and cases for coaches to use with Hudl,
- playbook binders for each of the players,
- pop-up canopy,
- game ball prep equipment,
- water bottles and carrying caddy for timeouts,
- lunch at the 7v7 tournament.
Thanks for supporting Skyline Football and the Booster Club! All the money raised by the Football Team through school fundraisers and by the Booster Club fundraisers will benefit the student athletes on the Skyline Football team. Go Eagles!
