Banner sales -- paperwork and payment
Congrats to all on successful banner sales to offset your player fees!
The school bookkeeper has asked that when you turn in money for a banner that you have the banner order form to turn in with the payment. That way the office can ensure that credit is given to the proper player. You can always take a picture of your form and send it to Heather, but the original should go to the office.
Payment + Paperwork = Successful processing, credit to your player, and happy office staff.
The office also wanted us to clarify that you cannot pay for a banner and player fees with the same check. It has to be done with two separate payments.
Lastly, we want to remind you that the turnaround time for a banner is 5 business days. We will do our best to get banners up as soon as we can, but it is not an instantaneous process.
