Fwd: Cafe Rio "FunRaising" Dine Out!!!! 7/14/2022 ALL DAY
Here is the information regarding the 1st Date for our Dine Out Fundraiser(s).
Thursday July 14th ALL DAY! Cafe Rio is open 10:30am to 10:00pm.
This fundraiser gives 20% back of sales produced. We have some "hoops" we have to jump to make sure the sales count. Please read through the instructions and take your QR code to the restaurant to be scanned before you order.
- IN-STORE ORDERING: for the purchase to count towards a fundraiser, guests must show the voucher we provide to the cashier before paying. Vouchers shown after payment is processed cannot be counted towards a fundraiser.
- ONLINE ORDERS: for the purchase to count towards a fundraiser, guests must start their online order by scanning the QR code on the event voucher so that their order is marked as part of the fundraiser; the order must be placed on, and for, the day of the event.
Please note: Delivery, Phone, App, and Catering orders are not eligible to count towards a fundraiser. Orders that are paid for using Rewards are also not eligible.
- Solicitation of other diners in or around the restaurant is strictly prohibited and vouchers cannot be handed out in or around the restaurant; any proceeds from vouchers passed out in or around the restaurant will be forfeited.
- Setting up stands, tables, displays, etc. in or around the restaurant is not allowed.
- IN-STORE ORDERING: the voucher must be shown to the cashier before paying, for the purchase to count towards a fundraiser; vouchers shown after payment is processed cannot be counted towards a fundraiser.
- ONLINE ORDERS: the QR code on the voucher must be scanned to place an online order that can be marked as part of the fundraiser and must be placed on, and for, the day of the event.

- The purchase of gift cards is not eligible to count towards a fundraiser.
