Preview of All Things Senior

Hi Senior Parents,

We want to give you a preview of "All Things Senior" that will happen during the 2022 Football season to honor your seniors. This will be a long email, but please read to the end--it's a lot to take in.

Senior Numbers
On June 7th at Varsity Equipment Handout the senior players will be receiving their varsity football numbers. These will be important for the seniors to get as they are needed for upcoming events.

Stadium Banners
We will be hanging senior banners at the stadium during home football games.  These will be a full length picture of your senior in their jersey, football pants and pads.  Pictures will be taken on June 20th and 22nd. These banners will be paid for by the Booster Club, and you will receive it at the end of the season.

39th South Street Banners
The Skyline Football Booster Club has a new fundraising opportunity to show support for our team and your player. We are going to put up banners on 3900 South, similar to the banners from Girls Soccer or Cheer or Boys Basketball. We are limited to 22 banners as there are only 22 light posts. The banners will be up for a month from August 18-September 18 to celebrate our team. The banners will be available for purchase from the Booster Club, on a first come-first serve basis. Senior families will have the first opportunity, and then we will open sales to juniors, then sophomores, etc., until the available 22 banners have been sold. After the banners hang, they will be taken down and given to the families who purchased them. Street Banners cost $125 per player. Your money must be received by the Skyline Football Booster Club (Venmo @Skyline-Eagles or contact Colleen Fons to pay via credit card or PayPal) to hold your spot. Once the 22 banners are sold, this fundraiser is done. Seniors will have the first opportunity for purchase, until June 10. Juniors will be able to purchase banners on June 10 until they are sold out. 

Senior Parent/Family tshirts
Senior Parent/Family T-shirts will be available to purchase through the team store.  Shirts are unisex, with a long sleeve, short sleeve or youth option. Each t-shirt includes their name, varsity number and 2022.  (Remember varsity numbers will be handed out on June 7th). Once the numbers have been assigned a link will be emailed out that will direct you to a store specific to the senior shirts.  Senior shirts will only be available for order until June 19th and no additional orders will be taken.

Player/Coach Dinner
The senior players can also look forward to a dinner with the coaches at the Rowbotham home. More info to come.

Senior Night
As per Coach Rowbotham's request, we will hold Senior Night on Wednesday, September 28 to honor our senior players the night before our last home game against East. (The East game is scheduled as a Thursday Night TV game on Sept 29). Each senior will receive their senior blanket and photographs will be taken and images provided to the families. Senior blanket is purchased by the team and with embroidery by Booster Club
